P.S. the people in the church can tell me what games I should bring on my 360 etc. Also, should we play some MMO and my church leaders are there and I have to save someone's life to run for it. They have a 25% higher chance then anyone else.

If we're playing a game and my church leaders are on my side, I'm more likely to save them.
